When you message our Instagram account, an automated assistant may reply to qualify your request, either the free evaluation of a jewellery item you own, or a bespoke design consultation, and to help arrange an appointment. A member of our team can take over the conversation directly at any point.
Conversation content and any photos are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. Records of confirmed appointments may be kept longer, as reasonably needed for our business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will do so unless we have a legitimate reason to retain specific records.
Message delivery runs through Meta's Instagram platform. Our assistant uses Anthropic's Claude language model to understand and draft replies. Our team is notified of conversations that need a human through a private, internal Telegram channel. None of these providers use your conversation to advertise to you, and your data is not sold.
A member of our team can review, join, or take over any conversation at any time, particularly before any purchase, valuation, or appointment is confirmed. The assistant never finalises a price or an appointment time on its own.
You can stop the conversation at any time by simply not replying. You can ask us to delete your data, or ask what data we hold about you, by messaging our Instagram account.
